How do I send you my artwork?

You can upload your artwork through our website. Select the product you wish to be personalised, then upload your artwork on the product page.

Can I order by phone?

Yeah you can order by phone or by Whatsapp. Call or Message 01695 576 800

What requirements do you have for the artwork I send to you?

We prefer logo files to be sent in Vector format which are usually PDF, AI, EPS or SVG files. If you don't have your logo or graphic in a vector file then don't worry we can work with it regardless.

How do I see what my order will look like before it’s delivered?

We provide an artwork proof for your approval within 48 hours of ordering. This comes with unlimited revisions and only once you approve will we go to production.

I want my artwork to be bigger than what you offer - Can you do it to my size?

If you require larger artwork than the standard sizing we offer then please contact us for a custom quote.

Can I have different names and logos on each garment?

Yes, you can upload your requirements when selecting the product you want, by filling out the text box. You can also email us your requirements. Please remember when ordering multiple sizes/colours that you tell us which size/colour you want to be printed with each name.    

What print methods do you offer?

We use a range of print methods including Vinyl, Screen Printing & DTG. We will determine the best print method based on your artwork.

Do you offer embroidery?

Yes we have a range of products available for embroidery.

Can I order samples?

We only sell personalised clothing, however we can provide samples for potential orders over 50 items. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

How long do orders take to complete?

Most orders are dispatched within 10-14 days from artwork approval. We do also have some products which can be printed and dispatched in 48 hours.

I need my order urgently, can you help?

Yes. If you require something urgently please contact us via email or phone and we will do our best to complete your order for when you need it. Please email Sales@PrintChimp.co.uk or call us on 01695 576 800.  

How do I request a quote?

On all products you will see a "Add to Quote" button. Add any products you like and we will get back to you with a custom quote asap.

How can I pay?

We accept all major debit and credit cards along with Paypal. We can also produce PDF invoices for payment via BACS Bank Transfer.

Who do you use for delivery?

We only use Royal Mail and DPD for shipping orders. We find these to be the most reliable delivery services and offer the best experience to our clients.
